About this event
This Oncology Yoga Class is a vinyasa style class with sequences designed to meet the needs of a person diagnosed with cancer. A cancer diagnosis changes your life. Whether recently diagnosed, preparing for treatment, or coping with the side effects of treatment - our hope is to create a space and community where you can move and breathe in ways that support your body and mind. This class will use numerous props and offer multiple modifications. Class size is limited and requires preregistration. Please obtain physician approval before coming to this class. This class is taught by Lisa Rowcliffe RYT 200, Certified Oncology Yoga Teacher. Please feel free to reach out directly to Lisa at blackhillsoncologyyoga@gmail.com with any questions or concerns. All teachers have the autonomy to play, or not to play, music in their classes. Music played may include lyrics and explicit content.
