- ➤ South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks is accepting public comments on its draft Elk Action Plan, which proposes raising the elk population target to between 6,000 and 9,000 for areas including the Black Hills until April 20. KBHB
- ➤ Rapid City Council issued a non-renewal notice for OneHeart’s lease (at 217 Kansas City Street) to protect city interests before the lease term ends this year. The decision has sparked debate among supporters and critics who hold different views on the transformative campus. Native Sun News
- ➤ South Dakota regulators on Tuesday approved a lower rate increase for Otter Tail Power by cutting its proposed $14.39 monthly hike to $8.97 and crediting customers on May bills — they also paused Black Hills Energy’s proposed $25 increase for up to six months while requiring up to $500,000 for review.
