- ➤ Marty Two Bulls Sr., a cartoonist from Pine Ridge, has been named the 2025 winner of the Herblock Prize for his editorial cartoons and will receive a $20,000 prize and a sterling silver trophy (his award will be presented on May 28 in Washington D.C.). He started drawing at Central High School in Rapid City and was a 2021 Pulitzer finalist, using humor to explain tough topics. Rapid City Journal
