- ➤ Rapid City Parks and Recreation presented proposals on day three of the Vision Fund Citizen Committee meeting and requested up to $17.45 million for improvements including a fenced dog park, Canyon Lake Park upgrades, playground and restroom renovations, Meadowbrook Golf Course irrigation, and Red Pesek Field updates—City Council will have the final say. - ➤ South Dakota is partnering with Emily’s Hope to offer free Naloxone kits through anonymous boxes in busy areas to help reverse opioid overdoses.
