- ➤ BankWest, in partnership with FHLB Des Moines, awarded $35,000 to the Black Hills Works Foundation for a new state-of-the-art duplex for eight as part of a $700,000 matching grant program to boost affordable housing and community development (enhancing person-centered services). KBHB
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The South Dakota Brand Board met in Rapid City on May 13 to discuss raising livestock inspection fees from $1 to as much as $1.50 to help cover a program deficit. The board will delay its final decision until mid-August pending state approval & public feedback. KBHB
