- ➤ The Hills Alive festival by LifeLight is underway in Rapid City to celebrate its 40th anniversary and unite over 40,000 community members with a mix of faith and music + the two-day event will continue tomorrow with additional bands and activities for all ages. KELOLAND
- ➤ Ricky Allen, who works at the Sanford Underground Research Facility, took part in the recent Midwest Honor Flight that flew him and other veterans to Arlington Cemetery and war memorials in Washington, D.C. They returned to South Dakota with a crowd of 1,200 people, and Allen said the trip was healing (it helped bring him peace about past hardships). KBHB
