- ➤ Kadell Richard — a 31-year-old from Pine Ridge — was sentenced to two years in prison on Aug. 29 after she pleaded guilty on June 9 for her part in a meth trafficking conspiracy that operated between Oct. 2023 and April 2024 on the Pine Ridge reservation and other areas of South Dakota.
