- ➤ On Saturday morning, Sheriff's deputies, volunteer firefighters, and search and rescue members installed dozens of trail markers at Hippie Hole (a popular hiking and swimming area south of Rapid City) to help guide hikers and quickly locate emergencies. Multiple incidents, including rescues and a drowning, led officials to add numbered signs for faster emergency response. KELOLAND
SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ BHSU football took an early 10—0 lead against Grand Valley State on Saturday night but fell 36—48 after the Lakers staged a comeback. Luke Duby passed for a career-best 359 yards and 4 touchdowns while TJ Chukwurah recorded 182 receiving yards and 3 touchdowns as the game slipped away from BHSU. KBHB
