- ➤ Gas prices in South Dakota have risen 4.0 cents per gallon to $2.97/g today from GasBuddy's survey — they are 3.9 cents higher than a month ago and 11.9 cents lower than a year ago. KBHB
- ➤ Fort Hays Old West Town had a brutal summer as revenue fell 20% to 40% because visitors spent less and fewer Canadian tourists came—economic worries and shorter vacations hurt many local tourism businesses. - ➤ AstraZeneca filed suit against South Dakota challenging a law (SB154) that stops drug makers from barring pharmacies from joining the 340B program that lowers drug prices. The company argues the law conflicts with federal patent rules, restricts access to data, and violates constitutional protections, naming the state Attorney General and Division of Insurance Director in the suit.
