- ➤ The state Board of Economic Development met by teleconference on Monday and approved over $4.1M in state sales-tax refunds for two livestock farms and a dairy farm—Century Swine RE, Hord Family Farms, and Whitewood Dairy—and also granted two South Dakota Works loans while denying a request from Echo Zulu Defense.
