  • The man who shot a transgender Native American woman to death in 2022 in South Dakota pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter.  KBHB
  • An Eagle Butte man was sentenced to over five years in prison for illegal possession of a firearm and had prior firearms convictions.  KELOLAND

  • Diwali celebrations at the South Dakota School of Mines included a fireworks display on November 23 in Rapid City.  Rapid City Journal
