- ➤ Cliff Glade, a beloved father, husband and cowboy, died November 21 after fighting prostate cancer at age 75 and was remembered for his rodeo wins and community ties in Elm Springs. A celebration of his life will be held Monday, December 15 at 11 a.m. at the Expo Hall—Central States Fairgrounds in Rapid City with lunch served afterward and donations requested for the Justin Cowboy Crisis Fund.
