- ➤ A Rapid City man acknowledged soliciting nude photos from at least 30 underage girls on Instagram and is set to plead guilty to attempted enticement of a minor. KBHB
- ➤ Charles Merrival, 32, was sentenced to eight years in federal prison for methamphetamine distribution conspiracy in Rapid City. Rapid City Journal
- ➤ Jacob Denker was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for distributing over 400 grams of fentanyl in South Dakota, including Rapid City and Pine Ridge Reservation. Rapid City Journal
- ➤ Three teenagers in Rapid City face charges of arson and burglary after allegedly starting a fire in a home on October 24, with two pleading not guilty and the third awaiting a competency evaluation. KBHB
