- ➤ Attorney General Marty Jackley, Sioux Falls Mayor Paul TenHaken and Rapid City Mayor Jason Salamun are joining forces to direct an estimated $79 million from opioid settlements toward addiction treatment programs and public safety—with more than $31 million available immediately.
