About this event
The Cancer Transitions: Moving Beyond Treatment program is designed to improve quality of life by focusing on lifestyle skills and habits that matter most to cancer survivors.
Through this program, participants meet for one 90 minute session each week, for four consecutive weeks . Education, group discussion, video modules of expert speakers, and an emphasis on setting and achieving goals ensure that participants have a unique and enriching experience.
Led by a cancer survivor and passionate advocate committed to helping survivors find their strength, this program provides an opportunity to learn from one another and feel a sense of community. This is a special opportunity to connect with other people with shared experiences to talk about issues and concerns.
The 4-week Cancer Transitions program is FREE for Monument Health CCI patients.
